This year was our Jensen Family Reunion. Jensen is my mom's maiden name and every other year they have a reunion. It is always fun to catch up with cousins, see my aunts and uncles, and all the new additions to the family. We were suppose to go up to Lake Cascade on Wed. and stay there till Sat. Mother Nature had a different idea though. Monday night a nasty storm went through Lake Cascade and totally wiped out our camp ground. So suddenly it was Tuesday and we were having to come up with plan B. It was still an awesome time. Wed we went up to Black Canyon and did boating, jet skis, and just hung out. Thursday we had breakfast at my cousins house and then it was off to another lake. The kids had a blast both days, even though they were going without their naps, they were outside so therefore happy as can be. Rylan spent his time getting into what he could....
Kiera enjoyed playing in the water, by herself, with her aunts, and even some 2nd cousins I think..
She even got to ride a jet ski...a very short ride though
Friday was another breakfast at my aunts house and then some games at the park, and then we went to a church where we set up tables and played games, had dinner, and the kids got to play in some bounce houses. At my aunts hose there was a swing set and a trampoline. At the park Kiera just enjoyed the park portion of it, so I actually missed out on a lot of the family reunion festivities. She was having a blast though, and that is what being a mom is about right? I even got some pictures of my nephews playing! That night Grandma and Grandpa Payne were nice enough to take the kids so that Jason and I could stay up late and not worry about kids and getting them to bed on time. It was a great time!

She loves the sand!

My other nephew Landen
Saturday it was a golf scramble. I went with my husband. We played 18 holes and were on a team with my brother Eric and his girlfriend Marinda. We had a blast! We did come in last, but considering who we were up against and the lack of experience on our team, we were okay with that.
After that we left to go meet up with Jason's family and our kids up at some lake...Pictures and stories to come later.
